I found my Bamboo disk that all Photoshop Elements 9 on it.
I have no idea how the hell to work it! xDD
But look at those lines O: They're so smooth!
And yay! No more making backgrounds on GIMP xD
I'm probably going to use PSE for art, and I'll stick to GIMP for animating.
Because once you've used GIMP for almost 2 years, it's a bit hard to just stop using it xD
I can't wait to learn how to use PS better though
